All our items are completely handmade in Seville, so they require a manufacturing time.
We work in “just time”. The models are made as ordered, by buyer’s requirements. We supply goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
We give a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 21 business days to prepare the order, depending on stock and volume of work.
If you want to know the approximate time or have a deadline for receiving the order at your home, contact us via email at info@rocioosorno.com or via WhatsApp at +34622795759 (from 9:00 am to 14:00 pm, from Mondays to Fridays). Once the order has been made and prepared to be sent, you will receive an email that will notify you that the order is complete. The shipping time is 24-48 business hours for shipments within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain). Check with us the shipping times to a different destination than that one mentioned before.
To make delivery easier, we ask that you provide a telephone number with which the courier service (SEUR) can contact you in the event that you are absent at the time of delivery or any other incident.
Shipping costs are €5 for shipments to Spain (within the Iberian Peninsula), and €12 for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal. All packages are sent with SEUR company.
Shipping costs with an international destination (outside of Spain) will oscillate depending on the destination area. When you enter your address while you are placing the order, you will know the price of shipping to your destination.
The prices shown on the web include the 21% VAT in force as of today in Spain, and will be applicable only in the Iberian Peninsula and in the Balearic Islands.
For the provinces of Ceuta and Melilla, and the Canary Islands, VAT will be 0%. It will be deducted from the final invoice just before making the payment.
For the rest of the countries, the VAT of origin will be applied (21%).

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not part of the customs territory of the European Union, so shipments may be subject to customs duties and/or taxes. In most cases, the fees are charged at the time of delivery of the package, although you may receive a notification by email requesting that you need to go personally to pay these fees in order to receive your package. The amount of the fees may vary depending on the weight/price of the package.
All shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be made through the shipping company ‘Correos’.
The estimated delivery time may vary between 4 and 10 days. Please, when making the purchase, do not forget to include your ID in the ‘notes’ section to speed up the shipping process.

When processing the order, the website will automatically calculate the shipping costs by selecting the destination country in the shipping address.
Delivery times for Europe can vary between 3 and 7 business days. For the rest of the world, delivery times can vary between 6 and 10 business days.

Customs expenses will always be borne by the recipient. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping costs.
In most cases, the fees are charged at the time of delivery of the package, although you may receive a notification from the carrier to request additional information.
In case of rejecting or not attending the attempts to deliver the package, the amount of the return and customs will be discounted at the time of generating the discount voucher.
Each country has its own customs management fees, which will be accepted by the recipient. These conditions are accepted with the purchase.
